Shared Agreements

Shared Agreements refer to the way a team works together. Even if teams know where they're going, they can fail to deliver simply because of personal agendas and conflicts, and because they have little understanding of how to work together. A shared agreement session with one of our facilitators will create a structure to help sort out these problems.
