Our Performance Coaching for Leaders and Managers programme aims to help your company's senior staff to develop their leadership skills through one-to-one coaching.
Topics can include: visioning and strategy, influencing, presenting, networking, managing underperformance, coaching the team, managing time, personal effectiveness at work and getting ready for promotion. All of our coaching is tailored to the individual's needs. Before coaching begins, the leader who will be coached, their manager and the coach agree the focus of the programme, the goals and measures of success. The number of sessions will be discussed, and once they have been completed there will be a review to check the participants' progress as a return on investment.
All of our coaching programmes are offered with flexibility in mind. We appreciate that time is at a premium in a demanding job, so we offer our coaching services as face-to-face sessions; over the phone during, before or after working hours; or as combination of them both.
