Open Course: Getting Ready for a Bigger Leadership Role

Morning workshop, Edinburgh - 16 February 2011

Want to know how to position yourself - and step into - your next leadership role?
Are you ready to grow, grow, grow and show your employer that you are ready for the next step?

During our two hour evening event 'Getting ready for a bigger leadership role', former internal leadership and management coach for the BBC and GE, Ros Toynbee, will share the tools that have helped her clients get ready for their promotion to a senior leadership role and ensure they make an impact in their new role from the first week.

This inspiring, revealing and practical workshop will show you how to:

- get clear about your purpose and what you stand for
- clarify the qualities and competencies that will be expected of you
- assess your strengths and shortfalls
- create a personal plan to build your capability, raise your visibility and prove your credibility for the job

Even if you have been on other leadership or talent development programmes before, you will learn new distinctions that will strength your leadership presence and ability to get things done through others.

This workshop is ideal for anyone who already leads a small team, and would like to lead a larger team and aspires to senior management. Professionals (lawyers, surveyors, accountants etc) looking to make partnership are also invited.
