Ros Toynbee LL.B, Director of Toynbee Associates

Ros Toynbee has over fourteen years' experience as an internal and external leadership coach. Her business backgrounds are in law, media and financial services. She is passionate about developing leadership and coaching capability so that leaders, teams and organisations function at their best. Clients include the BBC, GE, Barclays, NBC Universal Cardif Pinnacle, Judge Business School (Cambridge). Ros is a Certified Coach for Stakeholder Centered Coaching and has also trained with the Centre for Right Relationship (CRR UK), CoachU and Newfield. She is accredited at Master Certified Coach level with the ICF, and is regularly invited to speak at networking associations and in the press. She is based in London, and has a daughter. Ann Terry Ph.D, Associate Stakeholder Centered Coaching Leadership Coach

Ann has over 15 years' experience as a leadership coach and consultant in the commercial, public, not for profit sector. She brings clarity, insightful challenge and feedback to create a compassionate and inspiring space for leaders and teams to actualize significant and measureable change. As a senior manager, she ran multi million pound budgets and lead a range of high performance teams through several major changes. As a coach and consultant, she has worked with top teams from global pharma companies, leading luxury brands, clinical directors and service leads within the public sector. Ann is accredited with the ICF and Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centred Coaching. She has a particular interest in working with Leaders around resolving team conflict and helping building sustained resilience, enhanced performance and a feed-forward rich environment. Ann is based in Bristol.

Duncan Müller MBA, Associate Leadership and Team/Systems Coach

Before becoming a Coach, Duncan spent more than 20 years working in the creative and marketing industries - as an art director, video producer, advertising manager and client services. He's held leadership positions on accounts worth over £3million, managing teams as large as 16 people. He's been fortunate to work internationally and in the UK, across brands such as Renault, Visa, BT, Sky, Hewlett-Packard and Chivas Regal. While he enjoyed those years he's thrilled to have now found real purpose as a Coach, helping individuals and teams see fresh possibilities, reach for their dreams and get the future they want. Because now he's really clear that his mission is to unlock the potential of individuals and teams. Duncan is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a Certified Organisational and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSCC). That means he's qualified to coach individuals, pairs and teams. He specialises in career coaching, leadership coaching and team coaching. He's accredited by the ICF as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC).

Lisa Ann Edwards, M.S., is a partner of Bloom Coaching Institute, an organisation that advances coaching effectiveness through research, tools, training and consultation of the ROI of Coaching utilising the ROI Methodology™. Lisa's coaching work has demonstrated as much as a 251% ROI and has been shown to lift employee engagement nearly 20%. As head of Talent management for Corbis, a Bill gates' privately owned global media company, Lisa was responsible for designing and implementing effective talent management solutions such as leadership development and coaching programmes to ensure talent engagement, improve talent retention and serve to feed the talent pipeline. Lisa has authored or contributed to the following books: Creating an Internal Coaching Programme (2014); Measuring the Success of Coaching: A Step by Step Guide to Measuring Impact and Calculating ROI (2012); ASTD Handbook for Measuring and Evaluating Training (2010) and is a frequent contributor totrade publications.
