Liz Field is an experienced facilitator, coach and talent management specialist. Her background is financial services, telecommunications, service sector and public sector. She has worked with organizations such as Barclays Wealth, Threadneedle Investment Management, Cisco Systems, Invesco, Kent County Council, an HR outsourcing company, an international sales training company and a variety of SMEs.
She has worked on a range of projects including designing and implementing talent management programmes; formulating succession plans; diagnosing team dynamics and team fit; designing learning and development frameworks and managing their implementation; competency framework development; designing and implementing performance management systems linked to reward and benefits; skills audits; facilitating strategy development workshops; individual senior level and high potential coaching.
Liz is a trained Belbin facilitator, motivational maps practitioner, level A and B accredited for psychometric and ability tests, MBTI accredited, member of the British Psychological Society and a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
She is involved in the education of professionals within financial services and is a member of the Examinations Board of the Securities and Investment Institute. She regularly talks at conferences on matters concerning talent management, leadership and development.
