Change Management Workshops
Is your business going through (or about to go through) a period of change and uncertainty? Are you restructuring, changing ways of working or introducing new technology? Giving your leaders and their teams the tools to communicate and implement change will lessen the burden on them, and ensure their teams move more smoothly from speculation and concern, to acceptance and productivity in the new environment.
We offer a number of workshops around change management including:
- Managing Transitions Based on William Bridges' and Elisabeth Kubler-Ross' work; these workshops help participants to understand the emotional journey both they and their team will face during a period of change and to identify early signs that they are not coping as well as they might. We explore the best ways to move ourselves and others through the typical reactions of denial, anger or sadness to acceptance and re-emergence. Open to anyone who is facing change, not just leaders.
- Communicating in Change Learn about what works and what doesn't when communicating new structures, technologies or ways of working. Practice difficult conversations that you could be dreading. Then create a strategy that is right for your team or areas of the business to implement straight away. Only open to leaders.ø
- Stress: A Manager's Toolkit, Learn how to recognise signs of stress in your team, and the best ways of dealing with it. Change can wreak havoc on your people's normal resilience and levels of engagement. We teach how to prevent excessive levels of stress-related illness, by knowing your people and being proactive to avoid or lessen the impact of change. Only open to leaders.ø
