So who are Toynbee Associates?
We are a group of highly-skilled trainers, facilitators and leadership coaches, each with their own areas of expertise and sector knowledge. We have come together to create one of the UK's most proficient and innovative training organisations.

The Team
Giving back - the charity we support
Lucca Leadership is a global not for profit which helps young people aged between 16-30 become community leaders. Each year a number of young people with a bright idea to lead a change in their community apply to receive a week long residential Leadership Foundations Programme in Lucca, Italy. There they learn the essentials of transformational leadership through completing a series of challenging team taks, discussion and mentorship from other community leaders.
Toynbee Associates supports this project financially and by offering mentorship to support young people going through the programme in the implementation of their projects. To find out more go to www.luccaleadership.org.
