We believe that just sending people on a leadership course and then expecting them to perform perfectly from the day they get back in the office doesn't work.

Sheep-dip courses - where everyone does the same thing no matter what their business function or goals - are also a waste of everyone's time, effort and money. That's why you won't find any standard courses on this site.

First we find out what you want. Any training we deliver starts with a full training needs analysis where we explore:

We never run the same course twice.

We coach as well as train. Standard management training rarely includes someone sitting down with the manager and agreeing goals for them beforehand. Nor is there any discussion afterwards about what came out of the course and how to implement it.

We do both. Our coaching is a standard add-on for all our courses to make sure that what is learned is applied, and that the leader and business benefits.

And we fit around you. We offer flexibility in terms of time, location and size of project:
